Invoices and receipts
All payments are handled by Stripe. Every charge generates an invoice, which you can manage through Stripe's secure billing portal — you'll receive a link by email after each payment. Yearly customers receive their next year's invoice by email ahead of renewal.
Updating your payment method
Card details can be updated any time through Stripe's secure billing portal (the same link included in your invoice emails). If a payment fails, Stripe will retry over several days and we'll email you before any interruption of service.
VAT and sales tax
Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout — hosted securely by Stripe — based on your billing address. Team plan customers can add a VAT ID during checkout so it appears on every invoice.
Refunds
If you were charged in error or duplicated, contact support within 30 days and we'll make it right.
