Billing intervals
Katara offers two billing intervals for paid plans:
- Monthly — you're charged every month on the date you subscribed.
- Yearly — you're charged once per year at a discount (roughly two months free compared to paying month to month).
You can switch between intervals at any time. The change takes effect at your next renewal.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically:
- Monthly plans renew on the same calendar day each month.
- Yearly plans renew on the anniversary of your subscription.
We'll email you before a yearly renewal so there are no surprises.
Payment methods
All payments are processed securely by Stripe — Katara never sees or stores your card details. We accept major credit and debit cards, and charges appear on your statement under a descriptor referencing Katara. Team plan customers can request invoicing — contact support.
Currency
All prices are listed in USD. Your bank may apply conversion fees if you pay in another currency.
