Seats explained
A seat is a single member of your team with access to your organization's Katara workspace. Each seat can browse profiles, message candidates, and collaborate in your Shared Hiring Pipeline.
Seats are per person, not per device — a teammate can use their seat anywhere.
How many seats do you need?
Count everyone who needs to participate directly in hiring: founders, hiring managers, recruiters, and coordinators. Team members who only see results (not the workspace) don't need a seat.
Seat tiers on the Teams plan
The Teams plan price scales with the number of people you add:

You pick the tier that matches your headcount — everyone within the tier's range pays the same flat price, so adding a fifth seat doesn't increase your bill.
Adding seats mid-cycle
When you move into a higher tier mid-billing-period, you're charged a prorated difference for the remainder of the cycle.
